Johann Garcia is the founder and director of OzFlow Solutions, a firm dedicated to helping Australian businesses streamline operations by outsourcing accounting services to the Philippines. With a Master’s degree in Accounting and Business Information from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Johann combines deep financial knowledge with practical experience in both the Australian and Philippine business landscapes.
Over the past nine years, Johann has held key sales roles within leading financial institutions in Sydney, working closely with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). His experience gives him a nuanced understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by Australian businesses.
Before moving to Sydney, Johann worked in commercial leasing with JLL in the Philippines. This background gave him early exposure to the dynamics of outsourcing and talent management in Southeast Asia—a perspective he now leverages to deliver value-driven solutions for clients through OzFlow Solutions.
